These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Golden Valley Milk mobile application and website (together, the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.


If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


1. About Us

Golden Valley Milk provides doorstep delivery of fresh milk and dairy products, including our own Chalavi yogurt brand, to residential customers.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders using the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.


3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account details

Ensuring delivery information is correct

All activity carried out under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.


4. Products

We deliver:

Fresh milk

Chalavi yogurt in various flavours

Other dairy products as offered from time to time

Product availability may vary by location and date.


5. Orders & Subscriptions

Orders may be one-off or recurring (daily/weekly)

Customers can modify, pause, or cancel deliveries via the app

Changes must be made before the daily cut-off time shown in the app

Orders placed after the cut-off will apply to the next available delivery.


6. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in the app and may change from time to time

Payments are processed securely

Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before confirmation

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of deliveries.


7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer

Customers must provide clear delivery instructions if required

We are not responsible for products once delivered to the agreed location

If access is restricted or instructions are incorrect, delivery may fail without refund.


8. Missed or Failed Deliveries

We are not liable for missed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect address details

No safe place provided

Restricted access

Severe weather or circumstances beyond our control


9. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled before the cut-off time will not be charged

Refunds are issued at our discretion for damaged or incorrect items

10. Allergens & Food Safety

Our products may contain allergens including milk.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information before ordering.


11. App Availability

We aim to keep the app available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or withdraw the Service at any time.


12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials related to Golden Valley Milk and Chalavi yogurt are owned by us and may not be used without permission.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Valley Milk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.


14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
